ABOUT LAURA PLUMB

Laura Plumb, recognised by Spirituality & Health as one of 100 Trailblazers of Yoga & Ayurveda, is the Founder and Director of VedaWise, spearheads the Ayurvedic Integrated Nutrition 200-hour Professional Training and serves as lead faculty. She has a  best-selling book "Ayurveda Cooking For Beginners" and has created the acclaimed online video course "The Medicine In Your Kitchen: Introduction to Ayurvedic Cooking." She wrote and hosted the enlightening 53-part series CleanseVeda and the 12-part series Divine Yoga for television. Prior to her contributions in holistic health, Plumb held the esteemed position of General Manager at The Discovery Channel Europe.

Laura offers health practitioner trainings in Vedic sciences, alongside classes and consultations covering Ayurveda, Jyotish, Yoga Therapy, Whole Food Cooking, and Nutrition.
