KEY BENEFITS

Stress Support+

Stress Support

There’s no doubt that stress is the leading cause of chronic conditions today, and on some level, we’re all experiencing it. This has seen a recent rise in the popularity of adaptogenic herbs, as a way we can access the power of nature to prevent stress from our modern lifestyles negatively impacting our minds and bodies. One Eleven Bliss contains multiple adaptogens like Ashwagandha combined with other potent herbs that pacify the nervous system to support you in managing stress and the demands of daily life. The potent herbs in Bliss nurture the body at such a deep level that it acts before the symptoms arrive, taking a preventative approach to stress impacting us negatively.

CHOOSING AN ADAPTOGEN
An adaptogen is a herb that helps to counteract the effects of stress on the body. But, not all “adaptogens” are created equal. One Eleven Bliss contains true adaptogens that respond to your body’s needs at any given time. That’s why its rejuvenating properties boost energy in the morning, and because it is not a stimulant, supports deep restful sleep when taken before bed.

Calm & Clarity+

Mental Calm & Clarity

One Eleven Bliss helps provide you with optimal clarity, focus and to stay on top of your game throughout the day, enhancing your capability to perform optimal neurological, mental and physiological functions.

Having a strong presence of Prana in the head equals strong stability in the mind. Bliss achieves this by increasing your adaptation energy to whatever stressors come your way, providing you with the capability and space to metabolise stressors and various sensory stimuli before they become imprinted in your brain.

Bliss contains a wonderful combination of vata pacifying herbs, that combined assist with stabilising the nervous system and help to regulate excessive thoughts or worries that an overactive “vata mind”.

Bliss provides calm and strength while pacifying an over-active mind by balancing the prana (life-force) in the head, known as “Prana Vata”, which controls all movements in the head (pathways of thinking, cognitive action, hormonal secretions, thoughts). It regulates these factors along with the central nervous system and life-force residing in the head.

Supports Resilience+

Pacifies Anxiety

Bliss is helpful for restoring calm during any stressful situation or sensations of anxiety, including performance anxiety. During experiences of overwhelming emotions, Bliss may provide assistance in helping to restore the experience of calm and balance by settling the nervous system down.

For best results, enjoy One Eleven Bliss regularly to help prevent the body from falling into these states of nervous system distress and acute stress, worry or anxiety, rather than just in the moment itself.

Some other complementary and highly effective ways to reduce and prevent and reduce feelings of anxiety in combination with taking Bliss daily include meditation, self-massage, and nutritious warm cooked foods.

Restores Balance+

Pacifies Overwhelming Emotions and Nourishes the Heartspace

Bliss pacifies the “fire in the heart”, known as “Sadhaka Pitta.” It helps “cool down” heated emotions like anger, tension, frustration, irritability and jealousy.

The combination of pitta-pacifying and cooling herbs like yasthimadhu (liquorice), amalaki, brahmi, mustaka, vetiver, sandalwood, and gotu kola have a calming and anti-inflammatory effect.

As well as soothing the energetic heart space and cooling down intense emotions, the combination of Amalaki, Gotu Kola and Arjuna helps create strength for the physical heart for optimal pumping and respiratory function.

Chandan (sandalwood) has been shown to have a nourishing effect on the senses which results in a pleasant sensory experience according to Ayurveda (known as “Ahladana”). Chandan in combination with other herbs like guduchi, gotu kola, brahmi, ashwagandha and mustaka is used in Ayurveda to calm an aggravated nervous system and support mood.

Deeper Meditations+

Deeper Meditations

One Eleven contains herbs that have been taken by thousands of years by meditators for spiritual purposes, enhancing spiritual capacity, enlivening unity by opening up the physical channels and increasing bliss chemistry in meditations for a more harmonious and deep meditation experience.

The initial reason Bliss was formulated over 100 years ago by a family of Ayurvedic doctors was to assist Rishis and Yogis to go deeper in their meditations and spiritual practices. This is achieved in One Eleven Bliss due to the unique combination of “medhya” herbs - herbs that enhance the intelligence. It is the complex combination of herbs like Brahmi, Gotu Kola, Chandana, Guduchi, Yasthimadhu, Mukta Bhasma and more that enhances the mind-body connection. This allows the body to effortlessly follow the mind and consciousness into the levels of transcendence with the least friction possible.

Guduchi (Tinospora cordifolia) is known as “Amrit” which means nectar of immortality. It provides this subtle nutrition to the pranic (potent life-force energy) aspects of the physiology. Guduchi is also known as “Chinnodbhava” which means “able to grow even when cut.”Guduchi is so full of life energy (“Prana”) that it has the ability to grow even without soil or water.

Traditionally, great yogis and sages have been known to live without food or water, but rather pranic energy from the air and sun alone and in some cases, the only thing to enter their mouths have been only a few sacred herbs like Guduchi.

Chandan (sandalwood) is one of the key herbs for spiritual practice. It has a specific effect on Ajna Chakra (third eye / pineal gland) which creates a harmonious quality in meditations.

There are multiple mind and intelligence enhancing herbs in One Eleven bliss, but it is the synergy of all the herbs combined which creates a formula that optimises the state of the nervous system, creating a deep harmony with the subtle layers of physiology which ultimately  helps provide one with the perceptual capacity to commune with the divine layers of the cosmos.

Other ways to enhance spiritual experiences and deepen your meditations in combination with taking One Eleven Bliss include doing alternate nostril breathing (pranayama) before meditation, eating food that’s easy to digest allowing for a greater feeling of lightness of Being, enriching your Vedic knowledge, practicing self-abhyanga and meditating before sunrise and/or at sunrise and sunset.

Supports Deep Sleep+

Promotes Deeper Sleep

One Eleven Bliss contains adrenal-rejuvenating herbs that may support your body to reduce and regulate cortisol (your body’s stress hormone) at night time to promote deeper, more restorative sleep.

When the body has the capacity to reduce cortisol according to the circadian clock (bed time), melatonin (the anti-inflammatory hormone of darkness that is responsible for regenerative sleep) is able to increase.

This balance of reduced cortisol and increased melatonin at night, which the body itself is able to regulate with the additional combination of the adaptogenic herbs used in One Eleven Bliss helps one to wake up feeling well rested and over time will basically make you want to jump out of bed with energy in the morning. Imagine that!

Overall Health & Vitality+

Overall Health & Vitality

One Eleven Bliss nourishes the heart space which increases a subtle bio-liquid substance called Ojas in the body. Ojas is related to promoting immunity, vitality, lustre and reproductive power. When Ojas is strong, these areas of your biology are strong.

The combination of Chandan, Guduchi, Arjuna, Amalaki, Gotu Kola and Ashwagandha plus other herbs help to support our vital essence, which (Ojas) then circulates throughout the body.

These nourishing herbs combined with Ojas boosting herbs like Aswagandha, Kala Musli, Guduchi, Tulsi, Mukta Bhasma and Chandana help increase overall health and vitality.

Guduchi is one of the most powerful herbs to boost the immune system. Another name for Guduchi is “Amrit”, which literally translates to “immortal”. This name is given because of Guduchis fantastic immune modulating actions which help to promote longevity.

According to Ayurveda, once you have an adequate reserve of Ojas established, it then creates kapha, the stable bio-energy in the body which promotes immunity, overall strength and stable brain function.

Other ways to nourish and build ojas include eating a diet of fresh organic food, drinking high quality, prana-filled water, self-massage, giving love, consuming ojas-increasing foods like milk ghee and honey, and taking rasayanas (ayurvedic herbal elixirs) because they can build ojas faster and more effectively than most foods.

Glowing Skin+

Glowing Skin

Bliss comes under the highly esteemed Ayurvedic category of “Rasāyana,” a group of herbs that promote longevity, well-being, and higher consciousness. When herbs like yashtimadhu, brahmi, and ashwagandha are combined intelligently with other ingredients the effect is an enduring youthful essence.

In addition to Bliss being a potent blend for anti-ageing and supporting deeper sleep and less stress (which leads to glowing complexion), it contains multiple skin and hair loving herbs that support skin and hair radiance and lustre.
