How much do I need?
We recommend using 1/4 teaspoon for each serving. Depending on individual needs, you will use Bliss once or twice a day. On more stressful days you can use Bliss more often.
If you're using Bliss once a day you will need:

How do subscriptions work? +
When placing your first subscription order, you can select what size product you’d like and how often you’d like to receive it eg every month, every 2nd month or every 3rd month depending on how frequently you use your product. We’ll notify you prior to your subsequent order being dispatched and if any errors occur in the process.
Do subscriptions auto-ship?+
Sure will! We’ll send you a notification a few days prior to your order being due to send just to remind you it’s on it’s way.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?+
You certainly can! Simply sign into your customer portal via the link in your order confirmation or via signing in to your account on the website.
Why can’t I use AfterPay for my subscription orders?+
Unfortunately, AfterPay does not allow subscription orders via their platform.
My subscription was declined, what next?+
There may not have been money available in your account or a processing issue. We’ll reach out to you directly if the payment was declined and work with you to get your next order out. You can also sign in to the platform to reprocess your order.
How do I change the credit card used for my subscription?+
Simply sign into your customer portal and click ‘Payment Methods’. You’ll be able to add a new credit card there.
How can I update my address for my next refill?+
Sign into your customer portal and click ‘Shipping’. There you will be able to update your address. Reminder, this is important to do prior to your order being shipped as we can’t change addresses while the parcel is in flight.
How do I change the frequency or my refill?+
Log into your customer portal and click ‘Subscriptions’. You will be able to update the frequency here.
