We are only able to accept returns and refunds if the product is damaged or faulty upon arrival.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or refunds for change of mind if the product has already been opened due to the perishable nature of the goods and for the health and safety of our customers. If you have any questions and concerns about this, please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org.
You are welcome to return your goods and exchange them for another item within 14 days if they are unopened and undamaged. Please email email@example.com to coordinate this shipment.
We will happily refund your product if it is returned to us unopened. Please notify us via email prior to returning your product. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to.
