Q: Does this course come with official accreditation or a certificate?

A: No. This course has been created for the purpose of empowering you for life with things you can personally implement every day, starting now. It’s not designed as an accreditation programme to become an Ayurvedic practitioner.

Q: I have already trained as an Ayurvedic lifestyle consultant or practitioner. Is this course right for me?

A: This is an introductory course on the principles, pillars and practices of Ayurveda. If you are a junior or entry level practitioner, you may still benefit from the information in this course as it is quite practical in nature, which may be useful for adoption and integration of the information by your clients. The course content is designed by an Ayurvedic practitioner of over a decade of experience who has trained with world-renowned Vaidyas. However, if you’re a senior or experienced Ayurvedic practitioner, we are likely going to be covering a lot of what you already know and it may not be of as much use to you.

Q: Do I need to know anything about Ayurveda beforehand?

A: No. This course is perfect for beginners, and those who already have experience with Ayurveda alike.

Q: What is Ayurveda?

A: Ayurveda is the timeless science of life. It’s a holistic health science that has its origins thousands of years ago in India, but which is timeless and applicable to any person, at any time, anywhere in the world.

Q: I saw you are based in Australia. What if I live in a different time-zone to the course?

A: It doesn’t matter! As this course is 100% online, you can do it from wherever you are in the world, no problem.

Q: I have a busy schedule, I’m worried about not finding time to do it!

A: No problem. This course is self-paced, and you can do this in your own time, to fit into your own schedule. We offer a suggested guide to do a little of the course each day for 40 days, to provide people with structure and motivation to stay consistent, however if you are self-motivated you can do it at your own pace, and do less or more each day.

Q: Is this course live? Does it have a set schedule?

A: We are only doing this course live ONCE, so make sure you don’t miss out. After that, it may be available, but this is TBD. We commence the course all together on Wednesday 1st June, and have live calls fortnightly for 6 weeks (approximately 40 days). We highly recommend you join this course live, to benefit from the collective consciousness of the group.

Q: How is doing this course better than just having Ayurvedic consultations?

A: Having an Ayurvedic consultation, treatments or doing Panchakarma are all hugely beneficial. However, what this course offers is a comprehensive guide about how to empower YOU to follow an Ayurvedic lifestyle and regimen each day to truly get the best results, AND amplify the results of any Ayurvedic programme you are on. What you learn in this course is valuable information you’ll have for LIFE, and is complementary to any other holistic wellness activities you do. If you were to learn all of this from an Ayurvedic practitioner 1:1 as opposed to in this course format, it would take you far longer, and would cost far more. And also, you would need to ensure the information was actually from a credible source.

Q: I’m away or unavailable during the course dates, should I still sign up?

A: Yes. You can still sign up now, and commence the content when you can. That way, you’ll access the content for life, and also take advantage of our bonus offers for the first group who are doing the course live.

Q: What if I fall off the bandwagon and miss a day on the course, will it be hard to keep up?

A: No, it won’t be hard to keep up if you miss a day.That’s life, and it’s completely ok if that happens. If you miss a day, that’s no problem, and you can just continue the next day. If you’re feeling pressure to complete the course, miss a day, or are worrying about falling behind - don’t be. Doing it each day for 40 days is a suggestion, however may not be best for some people. You do you. Also, if you want a bit more space to integrate and apply what you’re learning, that’s ok too.

Q: How long will it take to see results?

A: The beauty of this course is that even from applying just one thing you learn, from day one you’ll see a difference. You’ll notice a gradual improvement all throughout doing the course as you begin to implement new things one by one. The optimal results will be experienced from 40 days after consistently implementing what you have learned from the course, which is accumulative and exponential over the coming weeks, months and years. This really is so valuable as you apply what you learn for life.

Q: What if I can’t stand anything ‘woo-woo’ and don’t identify as a spiritual person?

A: It’s a common misconception that alternative health therapies can be a bit ‘fluffy’ or ‘woo-woo.’ However, there’s actually nothing ‘woo-woo’ about what we teach at all. Everything is grounded in observable natural law, and the world ‘Ayur-veda’ itself is transacted as the science of life. Ayurveda is a science, which has stood the test of time over millennia. Ayurveda is from the same ancient texts (The Veda) which brought us yoga and meditation, which are widely recognised as universally beneficial regardless of your spiritual or religious beliefs.

Q: How much time and effort is required from me each day to complete the course content?

A: Some modules are longer than others, but we would recommend dedicating roughly 15 - 30 minutes each day to consuming the course content and applying what you’ve learned. Even if you just did 5 minutes per day, that would be beneficial, and you’re welcome to do as much as you like. We have set a daily paced guide for what an achievable amount is to do each day for 40 days.

Q: Is extra support available if I need it?

A: Absolutely! You have unlimited Q&A access through our community group dashboard, and during our live launch we will have fortnightly calls where will have direct access to Dylan and Cassie to answer any questions you may have.
