She has a  best-selling book "Ayurveda Cooking For Beginners" and has created the acclaimed online video course "The Medicine In Your Kitchen: Introduction to Ayurvedic Cooking." She wrote and hosted the enlightening 53-part series CleanseVeda and the 12-part series Divine Yoga for television. Prior to her contributions in holistic health, Plumb held the esteemed position of General Manager at The Discovery Channel Europe.

Laura offers health practitioner trainings in Vedic sciences, alongside classes and consultations covering Ayurveda, Jyotish, Yoga Therapy, Whole Food Cooking, and Nutrition. Globally, Laura leads online courses and organises seasonal retreats, including sacred Yatras to India. She serves as a contributing Ayurvedic educator for the UCSD Center for Integrative Medicine and as an Ambassador for Banyan Botanicals.
